Fight for it friday
Fun and competitive activities to bring passion to the game of volleyball. Everything from agilities, to charades our girls team up to fight for the win every Friday. Work hard, play harder!
Volley for a cure
Each year the Lady Knights participate in many cancer awareness events. From Miracle Minutes, to an annual volleyball tournament, we always Fight Like a Knight.
Little kids' camp
Hosted by the Henderson County Recreation Department, this camp teaches volleyball fundamentals. Lady Knights volunteer to share their passion and knowledge of the game to children across the county.
TRX
TRX is a suspension band exercise program instructed by Tammy, and Elijah Askew at EFitness Studio. The Lady Knights have made great strides since participating in this program. The Askew family also supports our service projects like TRX All Knight, a cancer awareness event.
Best of the best
Lady Knights travel to Davidson College to participate in the Best of the Best Tournament. It is a great weekend of competitive play against twenty-five teams from across the state.
Team Building retreat
Various speakers from the community came to North to help create a sense of team for the Lady Knights. Speakers included Danny Wilkins of FCA, and Mark Knox of Chick-fil-a. Activites were lead by Mrs. Neuburger, Mrs. Nicholson, and Lady Knight Alumni.
